The fresh air, water, cold, forest and your will are the main components to begin this program. You don't need any technical equipment like you use in the gym centre.

You need only your body and nature. You can start from any physical shape.

The practice continue one - two
hours every day. It includes running, walking, simple exercises and swimming. Every day we will do the same exercises, but the load and weather will change.
It is a natural way to became again healthy.

For sure, if you do this program on the everyday basis, after 100 days you will experience unbelievable improvement of your physical and mental state.
